Terms and conditions
- All prices include delivery during normal office hours.
- We will call you to confirm delivery 5 working days beforehand.
- Guarantee your delivery week by ordering before 31st October.
- Trees are natural products and therefore heights are approximate.
- All prices exclude VAT.
- Out of hours or weekend deliveries can be arranged subject to surcharge.
- Vehicle parking and access to a power outlet will be required.
- We can also provide estimates for decorating with your own decorations.
- Please treat live trees as fresh flowers and check water reservoir daily.
- Trees will be collected week commencing 1st January and live trees will be recycled.
- Prices for undecorated trees available on request.
