Design Brief
Flora-tec began working with Hand Picked Hotels in 2003, when we won the grounds maintenance and landscaping contract for the very grand Rookery Hall hotel in Cheshire. Since then, Hand Picked Hotels has been so impressed with the standard of our work that we have been granted contracts for 7 other hotels in the group

All of the luxury Hand Picked Hotels boast stunning architecture from various eras, and the grounds are tended to with great sensitivity to reflect this.

A quality service
Flora-tec offers an extremely high-quality service to hotel businesses, which by their very nature have a standard of ambience and
reputation to maintain. Our maintenance work is carried out with discretion and the minimum of disruption to guests. We provide year-round maintenance to Hand Picked Hotels, covering grass cutting, tree work and landscaping. We also offer specialised services including topiary work and lake maintenance.
